These Terms of Service govern your use of the Night Sky Maven website and the booking of any experiences provided by Keith Eric Cobby Unipessoal Lda, NIPC 519123549, trading as Night Sky Maven ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an enquiry or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Night Sky Maven provides bespoke night sky and stargazing experiences. All experiences are subject to a confirmed booking agreement. The specific details, scope and pricing of each experience will be agreed in writing prior to the event date.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit as specified in your booking confirmation. Full payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. All prices are subject to IVA (Portuguese VAT) at the applicable rate.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in your individual booking agreement. In the event of cancellation by Night Sky Maven due to circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather that renders a safe experience impossible), we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule at a mutually convenient date. No refund will be due solely on the basis of poor sky conditions where a safe experience can still be delivered.
Night sky experiences are inherently weather-dependent. While we will always endeavour to deliver the best possible experience given prevailing conditions, we cannot guarantee specific celestial views. Events affected by force majeure circumstances (including but not limited to extreme weather, civil unrest, government restrictions or acts of God) will be handled in accordance with your booking agreement.
Night Sky Maven takes all reasonable care in the delivery of its services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in our experiences. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant experience.
All content on this website, including text, images, design and branding, is the property of Keith Eric Cobby Unipessoal Lda and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
Any photography or videography of Night Sky Maven experiences requires prior agreement. Specific media usage rights will be addressed in your booking agreement. Night Sky Maven reserves the right to use non-identifiable event imagery for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the provision of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
